For MPXV, We conducted an interesting experiment over the course of one and a half years. In December 2022, we performed a search for drugs targeting the MPVX virus that we had screened and recorded the PubMed IDs and counts of co-occurrences between the virus-drug pairs. Today, one and a half years later, we performed another search for the same virus-drug pairs. The detailed table is as follows:
We found that the drugs ranked first, third, and tenth had new literature supporting them, so we also included corresponding descriptions in the body of the text.

From the table, we can see that, in this one and half years, the most increased drug for MPVX is Quercetin. In the abstracts of PubMed literature, we found that for the top 100 recommended drugs, 19% of the drugs had additional co-occurrences with MPVX, further indicating the good predictive performance of DeepSeq2Drug.
